An Important Update on the Luxuriant Set


Hi Everyone, and thank you for your continued support of OUMERE. It has been a great joy to formulate, bottle and fulfill each and every one of your orders and I hope that you are loving the products.

The last year has been a challenge to keep items in stock because of international supply chain issues. Pretty much this means that worldwide, factories and other companies are shut down, or are running with limited staff and resources, and that has caused OUMERE to have issues with keeping inventory. Everything from the stoppers to the bottles to the ingredients has been met with backordered status from the companies I have worked with for years, and the delay of getting components to me has delayed me getting products to you. This is why items are often sold out online for prolonged periods. 

For example, the new OUMERE bottles seen in the standard range was something I worked on and ordered over one year ago, and they were just added to the line last month. The droppers for the bottles also took about one year to receive. 

The reason why the new bottles and droppers took so long to get to us is because the origins of the OUMERE components are France, Spain and Italy.  And these are countries who would, in any other time, already take a long time to produce because of their high craftsmanship. 

And today it takes even longer to order and receive bottles and components than it has in years past.  But it is most certainly worth the wait. The OUMERE bottles, droppers and boxes are made of the highest quality materials and unlike any other that I believe exists in skin care.

But with high quality can often come issues because attention to detail and delivering the best possible product is a top priority. And that means it takes longer to get the final product. 

Although getting the new standard bottles was an issue that is now gone, the new issue that will arise is with the Luxuriant Set. As many have asked, the Luxuriant Set still uses the Classic Scientific Luxury bottles as used before in the standard range. However, we are not only phasing these bottles out, we are quickly running low on available inventory of what we have left.

And once the current inventory is gone, it is gone for good. 

The new Luxuriant Set will feature updated glass packaging similar to what is seen in the standard range of OUMERE products. But it will take time to receive these new bottles and components.

We are estimating that the Luxuriant Set will be updated to the new packaging by 2022. This means that once the current Luxuriant Set sells out on the OUMERE site, it will not be available again until this time.

I apologize for the inconvenience to everyone who is a Luxuriant Set loyalist and anyone who was looking to experience our most exclusive product. I hope that you can receive a set before they are sold out, and I will do my best to make sure the new bottles arrive as soon as possible.
