Shipping & Returns

 

Domestic Shipping:

OUMERE orders require 2-5 business days for processing, and your order will be mailed promptly thereafter. Please do not contact OUMERE for an order update prior to 5 business days after placing your order.

Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority 2 or 3 day (depending on your mailing address) service and tracking information will be provided when available. Please ensure that your address is correct upon placing your order. If you provide an incorrect or undeliverable address, or your parcel is returned to OUMERE for any reason, you will be responsible for paying postage fees to have your purchased items re-sent to your corrected address. If your parcel is returned to OUMERE, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. The client will be billed for return shipping charges upon receipt of parcel to our facility. The client must pay for the return shipping charge within 7 days of receipt of shipping bill. If the client does not pay their shipping charge within 7 days, the client will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee for the total cost of goods in addition to the return shipping charge. OUMERE will hold returned items for 30 days from the time it is received in our facility. After 30 days, if the client has not paid their return shipping charge and restocking fee, the items are considered abandoned and the client will have to repurchase new products. 

OUMERE requires a signature for all orders exceeding $100 in value to prevent package theft and to ensure that your items are not left in extreme weather conditions on front door steps, porches, etc. 

OUMERE does not have information about the delivery of your items outside of what can be inferred from the tracking information provided to you. OUMERE will not contact the post office on your behalf in regards to delivery of your parcel. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, the parcel is being sent to a safe destination, and that you or a representative can receive the delivery. 

Expedited processing: Select the Expediting processing option at checkout to have your processing done same day (if order is received before 10 A.M. PST) or the next business day. Orders will be mailed out the same or next business day by 1-day,2-day or 3-day Priority Mail shipping, depending on your location.

FedEx shipping is available for US residents for a flat fee of $20.00

OUMERE does not mail to PO boxes. If the client enters a PO box as their shipping address they will be required to provide an alternative address before their order is mailed. 

 

International Shipping

All international orders are charged a flat rate of $19.99. 

Orders will be shipped using USPS and tracking information will be provided when available.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. As the client, you are responsible for these charges. Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. OUMERE will not be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. If your parcel is returned to OUMERE due to a failure to pay your customs charge or for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. The client will be billed for return shipping charges upon receipt of parcel to our facility. The client must pay for the return shipping charge within 7 days of receipt of shipping bill. If the client does not pay their shipping charge within 7 days, the client will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee for the total cost of goods in addition to the return shipping charge. For example, if the total OUMERE order was $100, and a 50% restocking fee applies, you will be billed $50.00 plus shipping charges. These fees must be paid to receive your items. 

 

OUMERE will hold returned items for 30 calendar days from the time it is received in our facility. After 30 calendar days, if the client has not paid their return shipping charge and restocking fee, the items are considered abandoned and the client will have to repurchase new products. 

 

NOTE: Customs for your country may take several weeks before your package is released. Please DO NOT contact OUMERE in regards to customs processes, wait times, charges, or customs release for your country. OUMERE does not have any additional information and cannot obtain any additional information on the status of your package outside of what can be inferred from your tracking information. The client is responsible for contacting their country's customs office in order to obtain additional information in regards to their package delivery. 
 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUMERE DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR RETURNED OR SEIZED ITEMS. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S POLICIES ON SKIN CARE AND ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

 

 

 

Return Policy

Please contact OUMERE within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. After 7 calendar days, no exchange or store credit will be honored. OUMERE does not offer payment refunds. Return policy takes effect immediately after order is placed. By placing an order with OUMERE, the client agrees to abide by OUMERE's return policy. OUMERE does not allow order cancellations for any reason. OUMERE does not offer payment refunds on orders that have not yet been shipped or orders that have been shipped. OUMERE does not offer cancellation or payment refunds on pre-orders. OUMERE does not accept exchanges or offer store credit on opened items. Boxes must remain wrapped in their original sealed condition. Products must be mailed within 3 business days of contacting OUMERE. Client is responsible for paying shipping charges to send products back to OUMERE. Any products postmarked after 3 business days will not be accepted and no exchange or store credit will be accepted. Client will be responsible for paying return shipping charges in the event that an exchange is denied. OUMERE does not refund or replace items lost in transit due to misspelled, incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the client. OUMERE is not responsible for abandoned packages, for returned packages due to failure of the client to sign for a package when a signature was required, for products damaged, degraded or destroyed due to being left outside, or if customs fees were not paid for. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct, that they are capable of signing for their package, and that they are able to pay any customs charges. OUMERE will not be responsible for stolen packages. Be sure that your parcel is sent to a secure location.  A signature is required on packages containing orders valued over $100. If you would like to have a signature required with your order of totaling fewer than $100, please contact customer service at customerservice@oumere.com prior to placing your order. If you would like to have your package sent via registered mail, please contact customer service prior to placing your order. Registered mail is only available in the United States.

OUMERE does not accept returns on the basis of adverse skin reactions to OUMERE products. OUMERE provides extensive information of each product on their respective product page. It is the responsibility of the client to understand their skin sensitivities prior to purchasing OUMERE products. If you are uncertain of how your skin may react to OUMERE products, please contact us here prior to purchasing. 

 

Refunds, exchanges, and/or store credit are not offered for sales outside of the United States.
