What makes OUMERE different from “dermatologist-made” or factory brands?

I have acne. Which OUMERE products and routine should I use?
AM: No. 9 → UV-R → Serum Bioluminelle (thin layer)
PM: Oil Dissolution Theory → UV-R → Serum Bioluminelle
For some, Bioluminelle is best used sparingly for the first 2–4 weeks. Cystic acne is a medical condition—please follow your clinician’s guidance.

My barrier is damaged (retinoids). How do I repair it with OUMERE?
Week 0–2 (calm & restore): AM: UV-R → Serum Bioluminelle. PM: Oil Dissolution Theory → UV-R → Serum Bioluminelle.
Week 3+: Introduce No. 9 2–3×/week in AM, then progress to daily as tolerance improves.
How long until I see age-reversal effects?
Immediate: hydration and glow. Weeks 4–8: visible firmness and smoother texture. Months 3–6: reduction in fine lines and improved elasticity with continued use. Your baseline, age, and prior product damage influence timelines.

Will No. 9 cause a skin purge?
On previously damaged or acneic skin, an early flare can occur as underlying congestion surfaces. This is temporary and subsides as the barrier normalizes. Increase frequency gradually. More on purging vs. irritation: here.
I’m oily/acne-prone. Will oils make me worse?
Balanced oils rich in anti-inflammatory fatty acids help reduce reactivity and support barrier function. Our cleansing and leave-on formulas are calibrated for signal—not shine—and are packaged in glass to avoid plastic interaction.
I have sensitive skin—what should I use?
Follow our Sensitive Skin Routine. Start slow, prioritize UV-R and Serum Bioluminelle, and add No. 9 as tolerance builds.
I’m 30–60 with otherwise normal skin. Which routine?

I can see ingredients/herbal matter in my bottle. Is that normal?
Yes. We avoid heavy industrial processing and solvent bleaching. Minor variation and visible botanicals are expected in small-batch formulas.
Can I use No. 9 twice per day?
Only for mature, well-acclimated skin. Most clients see optimal results with once-daily AM use.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples. Maintaining exclusive, fresh monthly runs ensures performance and integrity.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing prior to carrier pickup. You’ll receive tracking once shipped. High demand may extend processing; we are closed weekends and holidays.
International orders: VAT, duties, and customs?
Your country may assess VAT/duties. These are paid by the recipient for customs release. We declare accurate values and cannot expedite customs. For status, contact your local customs office.
Why are products often sold out, and when do you restock?
We release exclusive monthly batches to preserve freshness and potency. If a product is sold out, it will return with the next month’s release (typically at the start of the month).
My bottle looks different from last time. Is that normal?
Yes—natural color/viscosity can vary between exclusive runs. The formula remains the same.
Can I refrigerate OUMERE products?
Yes. Some oils may appear thicker when cold and normalize at room temperature.
I’m switching from a retinoid routine. How do I transition?
Pause aggressive actives. Follow the Barrier Repair protocol for 2–3 weeks, then add No. 9 and adjust cadence based on skin response. Avoid stacking multiple exfoliants.

Do you make vitamin C or hyaluronic acid serums?
We do not formula-chase trends. Our stance on common actives is explained in the Research Library and blog. We prioritize pathways that preserve long-term skin function over short-term stimulation.

How do I layer OUMERE with sunscreen and makeup?
AM: No. 9 → UV-R → Serum Bioluminelle → wait 2–3 minutes → sunscreen → makeup. At night, cleanse with Oil Dissolution Theory and apply leave-ons.
Shelf life and storage best practices?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Refrigeration is optional. For freshest experience, open promptly upon receipt and use consistently.
