Shipping & Return Policies

 

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. If you need your order sooner, please send us an e-mail at Customerservice@oumere.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note special order items, pre-orders and exclusive offer items require extra time for shipping.

Orders of $80 (before tax) or more ship complimentary, orders totaling less than $80 (before tax) ship via calculated rate determined at checkout. 

Please ensure that your address is correct upon placing your order.

OUMERE requires a signature for some orders to prevent package theft and to ensure that your items are not left in extreme weather conditions on front door steps, porches, etc. Please make sure you are sending your parcel to a location where a representative is available to sign for it.

 

OUMERE does not mail to PO boxes. If the client enters a PO box as their shipping address they will be required to provide an alternative address before their order is mailed. 

International Shipping Policies

International orders are sent out within 4 business days of purchase. Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Orders of $400 or more ship complimentary.

OUMERE offers shipping options at checkout and we reserve the right to change carriers if necessary. If you paid for a shipping service and a different carrier is used you will be refunded any difference in cost to your original payment method. 

We currently ship to several international locations. If your country is not available for shipping upon checkout, please contact us at customerservice@oumere.com

Customs, Regulations and Import Duties

The client's order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Customs fees will be assessed based on the full value of your order including the value of complimentary items. OUMERE only takes responsibility for shipping the product and delivery duties are unpaid (DAP/DDU). The customer therefore is responsible for any import costs such as (but not limited to) VAT, duties and clearing fees. If these charges are incurred, they must be paid in order for the package to clear customs. The client is responsible for customs charges.

OUMERE is not responsible for and will not refund any orders confiscated or abandoned by customs or pay return shipping fees in the event a customs charge has been refused. Please contact your local customs office to determine if skin care can be imported into your county.

Additional Shipping Policies (Domestic and International)

If the client's parcel is returned to OUMERE due but not limited to a failure to pay a customs charge, failure to sign for a package when a signature was required, or for any other reason, the client will be responsible for postage to have their item re-sent. The client will be billed for any such shipping charges upon receipt of parcel to our facility. These fees must be paid to have the items shipped to the client. 

OUMERE will hold returned items for 30 calendar days from the time it is received by the OUMERE shipping and receiving facility. After 30 calendar days, if the client has not paid their return shipping charge, the items are considered abandoned and the client will have to repurchase new products. OUMERE will not provide a refund, exchange or store credit for items returned to our facility.

Your country may have particular laws, regulations and restrictions on skin care. When the client makes a purchase on the OUMERE.com website, the client is receiving the version of the product that is compliant with American cosmetic laws and regulations, and may not meet the regulatory compliance standards with the destination country. When making a purchase at OUMERE.com the client is acknowledging that the purchase they have placed is made at their own risk, and that the order may be confiscated or seized by customs if the product is deemed 'non-compliant' by the destination country's cosmetic laws and/or regulations. 

NOTE: Customs for your country may take weeks before your package is released. OUMERE does not have any additional information and cannot obtain any additional information on the status of your package outside of what can be inferred from your tracking information. The client is responsible for contacting their country's customs office in order to obtain additional information in regards to their package delivery. 
  

 Return Policy

All sales are final. All pre-orders are final sale and no refunds, order cancellations or store credit are offered for delays in pre-order ship dates. 


 

Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event that the merchandise delivered to you is incorrect or damaged, please contact OUMERE Customer service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number, a photo of the damage or items received, and a photo of the shipping box. Without the above information, we cannot honor any request for replacement products. 

The client must submit a request within seven days after receiving their package(s). Requests submitted that are more than seven days old will not be honored.

To receive an exchange for a damaged or defective item, the client must send the defective item back within 7 of receipt of return shipping label. OUMERE will not honor exchanges on items sent later than 7 business days of receipt of return shipping label and item will be sent back to the customer.
