No Vitamin C
UV-R Concentrate's antioxidant strategy is built on stable botanical ferments and adaptogenic mushroom extracts — not on L-Ascorbic Acid, which oxidizes readily and can become unstable in formulation. The result is sustained antioxidant support through the night without instability concerns.
No Fragrance
During the overnight hours, the formula has continuous contact with the skin. UV-R Concentrate contains no fragrance — synthetic or natural — minimizing the risk of irritation during this extended period of wear.
No Hyaluronic Acid
Topical HA can draw moisture to the skin's surface where it evaporates — an effect that can be particularly noticeable overnight. UV-R Concentrate hydrates through its botanical ferment complex and glycerin, supporting a comfortable feel that lasts through the night.

The Ritual
Apply in the evening after Advancement II. Press into the face and neck. Allow approximately 60 seconds for absorption, then follow with PM Step V: Serum Bioluminelle Concentrate.

About UV-R Concentrate
OUMERE UV-R Concentrate is a hand-compounded concentrated evening antioxidant serum created by cellular biologist Wendy Ouriel in the OUMERE private laboratory in Palm Beach, Florida. It is PM Step IV of the OUMERE Protocol — the intensified evening counterpart to UV-R, designed for overnight use within the complete anti-aging skincare system.
The formula features OUMERE's proprietary in-house broccoli sprout ferment alongside an adaptogenic mushroom complex of reishi, shiitake, and cordyceps — combined with mulberry, ginseng, green tea, Polygonum aviculare, and resveratrol. UV-R Concentrate is not a sunscreen. It is an evening treatment serum applied after Advancement II and before Serum Bioluminelle Concentrate within the PM protocol. It provides concentrated antioxidant support during overnight hours when the skin has uninterrupted time to benefit from the formula.

Directions:
Apply nightly before Serum Bioluminelle. Can be applied before or after the Advancement Concentrate. Shake bottle gently to mix contents. Apply a dime sized amount to hand, gently press into skin and allow one minute before applying your next OUMERE serum. Can be applied in the morning in lieu of UV-R for those with mature skin in need of more powerful anti-aging measures.
