The Eye Serum is a targeted formula designed to help the under-eye look brighter, smoother, and more refreshed. A concentrated blend of plant extracts, peptides, and anti-aging antioxidants supports the appearance of reduced puffiness, improved tone, and a smoother texture.
Formulated with suma and bladderwrack extracts, soy–rice peptides, oxidoreductases, elastin protein, pea extract, alpha-arbutin, and licorice root extract, it layers cleanly in the OUMERE system without perfume or heaviness.

A: Most eye creams are heavy and perfumed. The Eye Serum is a lightweight, fragrance-free concentrate built on soy–rice peptides, alpha-arbutin, licorice, suma, and bladderwrack extracts. This precise blend is designed to help the eye area look brighter, smoother, and more resilient without heaviness.
Q: Can The Eye Serum help with dark circles?
A: Yes. Its brightening complex, including licorice root, alpha-arbutin, and pea extract, supports a more even-toned, luminous look under the eyes. While it does not change underlying circulation, it improves the appearance of dark circles and fatigue.
Q: Will it reduce puffiness?
A: The Eye Serum includes soy–rice peptides, oxidoreductases, and horse chestnut extract, ingredients selected to help the under-eye look refreshed and less puffy over time.
Q: Is The Eye Serum safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. It’s fragrance-free, light in texture, and formulated without occlusives that can clog or irritate. It’s suitable for nightly use and layers cleanly with the rest of the OUMERE system.
Q: Can it be used beyond the eyes?
A: Yes. Many clients apply it as a spot treatment for areas of uneven tone, such as stubborn dark spots. Its lightweight texture makes it versatile beyond the orbital area.
Use nightly on skin after cleansing with Oil Dissolution Theory™ Moisturizing Cleanser. With clean hands, dispense one pump into palm of your hand, dip fingers into serum and gently apply to areas around the eyes. Be careful to not get product into eyes. If contact with eyes occurs flush with plenty of water and consult a medical professional if necessary.
Allow The Eye Serum to seep into the skin for at least one minute before applying additional products. For severe dark circles and puffiness, The Eye Serum can also be applied in the morning after No. 9 and before application of UV-R™ and Serum Bioluminelle™
Expect to see visible improvement within 2-3 weeks of use.
The results of The Eye Serum are most profound after use in the long-term because of the biological and gentle nature of the formula.
SUMA and BLADDERWRACK EXTRACT
Improves signs of dark circles by reducing the appearance of heme (component of the red blood pigment, hemoglobin) under the skin. The appearance of heme is a contributing factor to dark circles.
