The periorbital area demands a different standard of care.
No Fragrance
The skin around the eye is the most sensitive on the face. Fragrance — synthetic or natural — has no place in a formula designed for this area. The Eye Serum contains no scent of any kind.
No Hyaluronic Acid
Topical HA draws moisture to the surface, which in the thin periorbital area can contribute to a puffy, waterlogged appearance — particularly in the morning. The Eye Serum hydrates through its botanical complex without relying on HA.
No Creams or Waxes
Heavy eye creams sit on the surface, trapping heat and contributing to milia formation. The Eye Serum is a water-light fluid — absorbed fully, leaving no film, no weight, and no congestion on the most delicate skin on the face.

The Ritual
After cleansing with Oil Dissolution Theory, place a few drops into the palm of your hand. Dab with a fingertip and gently press into the skin — starting at the inner under-eye and moving outward toward the brow. Apply both morning and evening for consistent results.
Press, don't rub. The periorbital skin is thin and delicate — it responds to gentle, consistent application over time. The Eye Serum also works as a targeted spot treatment on areas of hyperpigmentation anywhere on the face.

About The Eye Serum
OUMERE The Eye Serum is a hand-compounded periorbital treatment created by cellular biologist Wendy Ouriel in the OUMERE private laboratory in Palm Beach, Florida. It is PM Step II of the OUMERE Protocol — designed specifically for the thin, sensitive skin around the eye where general face serums are not appropriate.
The formula features pea extract, suma extract, mulberry, bladderwrack, horse chestnut, licorice root, alpha-arbutin, soy-rice peptides, oxidoreductases, elastin protein, and ursolic acid — botanical and bioactive compounds selected through cellular biology research for their association with a brighter, more rested, and even-toned appearance around the eye area.

Proceed to PM Step III: UV-R →OUMERE products are formulated for cosmetic use, focusing on the visible health and aesthetic quality of the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Use nightly on skin after cleansing with Oil Dissolution Theory™ Moisturizing Cleanser. With clean hands, dispense one pump into palm of your hand, dip fingers into serum and gently apply to areas around the eyes. Be careful to not get product into eyes. If contact with eyes occurs flush with plenty of water and consult a medical professional if necessary.
Allow The Eye Serum to seep into the skin for at least one minute before applying additional products. For severe dark circles and puffiness, The Eye Serum can also be applied in the morning after No. 9 and before application of UV-R™ and Serum Bioluminelle™
Expect to see visible improvement within 2-3 weeks of use.
The results of The Eye Serum are most profound after use in the long-term because of the biological and gentle nature of the formula.
SUMA and BLADDERWRACK EXTRACT
Improves signs of dark circles by reducing the appearance of heme (component of the red blood pigment, hemoglobin) under the skin. The appearance of heme is a contributing factor to dark circles.
