OUMERE's research into peptide behavior across these phases led to a deliberate division: The Advancement for morning, Advancement II for evening. Each formula contains peptides selected for the time of day when they are most relevant to the skin's visible appearance.
8-Peptide Density
Advancement II contains a higher peptide density than The Advancement — eight peptide compounds including Acetyl Octapeptide-3, Tetrapeptide-21, Tetrapeptide-30, and the Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 / Dipeptide-5 complex. This concentrated approach is designed for the evening, when the formula has hours of uninterrupted contact with the skin.

Advancement II is applied after Oil Dissolution Theory (cleanse) and The Eye Serum — on clean, treated skin that is prepared to receive it. Within the complete evening protocol, it precedes UV-R Concentrate and Serum Bioluminelle Concentrate. Each step creates the conditions for the next.

No Fragrance
A concentrated evening peptide formula should contain nothing that could cause irritation during hours of continuous skin contact. Advancement II contains no scent of any kind — allowing the formula to sit on clean skin overnight without interference.
No Waxes or Occlusives
Peptides suspended in heavy wax bases sit on top of the skin rather than being absorbed. Advancement II uses an aqueous base — water-light, fully absorbing — so the peptide complex makes direct contact with the skin's surface rather than being trapped in product.
No Silicones
Silicones create an artificial film that gives the temporary appearance of smoothness while preventing full absorption of active ingredients beneath. Advancement II is formulated without silicones — the feel is the formula itself, not a synthetic coating.

The Ritual
Apply in the evening after The Eye Serum. A small amount — the formula is highly concentrated. Allow approximately 60 seconds for absorption, then follow with PM Step IV: UV-R Concentrate.
